This is an amazing western facing sandy beach front lot. Lake Milakokia is an all sport lake at 1956 acres. On top of the motorsports this lake is also a great fishery. Most people fish for Walleye or perch but there is good bass and a lot of pike as well as other panfish. The lot is 1.15 acres. Lake Milakokia is a very quiet lake with little traffic. Most of the boats on the lake are fishermen. Even on a holiday weekend I rarely see more than half a dozen boats on the lake at any time. The lake is a little over 25 feet deep with the deepest portions being straight out from this lot. Summer sunsets are directly out across the lake. In winter they are to the left as you look at the lake. About a 3rd of the lake is undeveloped and will continue to be undeveloped as it is owned by a quarry that works hard to protect the shoreline. There is a DNR boat launch on the lake. There are 10s of 1000s of acres of state land around (but not directly adjoining) this property.
